UPDATE: GH:WT Free DLC Promotion is Now Live?

The promotion we mentioned last week for the 5 Free Tracks 
if you purchase the Complete Guitar Game for Guitar Hero World Tour has now gone Live. Only one problem, it doesn't seem to be working.
For one thing, it's very confusing. Take a look at the boxes where you enter your serial number and Owner ID.
For the serial number they have it split up into 5 boxes, 14 digits in all but the serial number on the back of the guitar is split up into only 2 blocks with the same amount of digits, 14. Not sure if all guitar serial numbers are the same but mine is that way.
There's enough spots for the serial number, just a little confusing the way they split it up on the site versus the way it's labeled on the back of the guitar.
You thought that was confusing, for the Owner ID, they have 4 boxes consisting of 5 digits in each when on the back of the manual there are 5 blocks of 4 digits each.
Sure, both have 20 digits all together but where is the consistency? If there's 5 blocks of digits to enter in, there should be 5 boxes to enter it on the site.
So I entered my ID in, look it over before clicking submit, everything looks good, I click submit and I get "Invalid Owner ID". What?!?! Ok, entering in the characters is a little confusing when it doesn't look the same but after looking it over, re-entering it, it still comes up with "Invalid Owner ID".
So not only confusing but broken as well.
I gave Activision a call @ (310) 255-2050 and the agent I spoke to was very helpful but needed pictures of both my serial number and ID to give to the proper department that will hopefully handle this problem. Not sure all this is worth 5 Free songs that will probably sux.

UPDATE 2: I received an email back from the agent helping me at Activision, it reads as follows,
Hello.
Thank you for sending the images. There is currently a problem with the website. We have reported this issue to the web team and they are currently working to get the website fixed. We are hoping to have it fixed by later this evening or tomorrow.

Yeah the same thing for me cause my brother and i both got the bundle and neither of our owner IDs are working
Got it to work by filling zeros in all of the boxes follwed bya random number in the last box, had to do this several times as alot of numbers had already been taken
so for instance the following would work if someone hasnt already used it

i should warn that theres only a selection of 10 songs to choose your five from... and there not that amazing
